I work where finance meets people. My background is in controlling and business partnering, so I start with the numbers: what a problem costs, and how we’ll know things got better. Then I focus on what decides whether change sticks, which is how people work together.
Most recently, as Network Lead at Roche, I orchestrated collaboration across four Finance Operations chapters and the wider Roche network, introduced agile ways of working in global teams and built the communication structures that kept everyone aligned. Before that I partnered with IT and business leaders as a controller at Roche and DHL, and started my career in tax advisory at PwC.
I’m a Certified Scrum Master and trained in co-active coaching. Nonviolent Communication and intercultural collaboration shape how I facilitate and coach.
